Purchasing
You can purchase online either by credit card, or if you do not have a credit card, manually by direct credit. If you wish to purchase by direct credit, please email your order to us and we will advise you total cost and our bank account details for direct credit payment.
All prices shown on the website are in NZD's and include GST and delivery by courier to a specified delivery address in New Zealand.
Delivery
As most products available for sale on this website are produced and supplied as a customer order to you, product will be delivered to you in New Zealand within 10 working days after payment has been recived in full (order for all countries other than New Zealand may take additional time, and we can advise you of time frame on your request via email.
Returns
Should a product arrive in damaged or unsatisfactory condition, you must have it returned to us within 7 working days by track and trace postage/courier for full refund, If it is not sent by rack and trace and we do not receive the item, we will be unable to offer a refund

If you are purchasing product as a private individual, not a business, then the Act will apply.
If you are purchasing/acquiring the goods for a business, or business purpose, the Act will not apply, but New Zealand Law will apply.
